writing for healing ... |
|
your outer world is a reflection of your inner world, your inner world is your mind, your thoughts, your soul, your spirit, and the harmony between all of them.
|
The revolutionary act of telling your story ... |
'' Story ... is the song line of a person's life ... we need to sing it and we need someone to hear the singing, Story told ... story heard ... story written ... and story read creates the web of life in words .... ''
one of the hardest decisions you need to make is whether you walk inside your own story and own it .... or you step outside your story and hustle for your worthiness .... Telling the story of your pain requires courage, but in the end, it will change the reality of who you are ..... |
|
People you wish you haven't met ... |
People have scars in all sorts of unexpected places, just like secret road maps of their personal life experiences, diagrams of all their old wounds ... most of our wounds heal leaving nothing behind but scar ... but some of them don't, some wounds we carry with us wherever we go, and though the cut's long gone, the pain still lingers ....
|
'' Some times you have to meet people where they are ... and most of the time you must leave them where they are, because (there) is where they only belong ... '' |
'' A new year ... a new destination ...'' (Amel Abada) |
I wouldn’t say a year is gone … or two, or three, or four, and happy new one…
But I would rather say… nice things passed and welcome better ones, |
'' Throughout your life you will meet one person who is like no one else ... ''
(Amel Abada) |
Perspective |
|
|
At some point it will come the time when you need to make your decision whether you keep turning the pages or you better close the book ... We always get interested and excited to know the end of the story .... That's why we keep turning the pages although we know that all the pages are the same.
The reason for closing books in our life is not always because we want to, sometimes it is because we have to. |
|
''Never blame yourself for leaving if there is no reason to stay ...''
(Amel Abada) |
I know… may be you have forgotten all about me, but I still exist, for sure not in your world, but in the actual world… I was definitely not pleased that the story I have created one day with a big portion of love came quickly to an end…
|
''People don't miss you when you leave ... they miss you when you move on ...''
|
Your healing place could be any place in the world, it could be far ... it could be close, it could even be the place where you are sitting right now .... Your healing place is the place where you feel most connected to the universe ..... it is the place where you can deeply connect to the air, to the ground, to the sounds to the smells, and to every other living thing around ... and feel all kinds of sensations created on earth .... |
'' Your hearing sense creates your healing moments .....'' |
Your life is just like the sea, you are moving without stop, nothing stays with you, nothing in your life stays the same, the constant change is the reality of your life, what remains is the memories of people who impacted your life. When you live most of your life beside the sea, the most thing you miss the rest of your life is the sea, not only the view, not only the smell , not only the sound of the waves, not only when the sea is calm and not when the waves are big .... but what you miss is the deepness of life that you can see in it, and the vision that can take you beyond the horizon.

'' The sea always has a way of putting things into perspective ...'' |
... Inside the arena ... |
On the 23rd of April, 1910, Theodore Roosevelt delivered his speech '' Citizenship in a Republic'' at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. The speech sometimes referred to as '' The Man in the Arena''.
